Shipping and delivery policy

1. Digital service

Shwastik Mail is a subscription software service. No physical product is sold or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How the service is delivered

• Your account and organization are available as soon as you sign up, and we send a confirmation email to verify your address.
• When you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan and its limits are applied to your organization as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, and the invoice appears on the Billing page.
• You use the Service at app.shwastik.com, in webmail at webmail.shwastik.com, and in any compatible mail app.

3. Timelines

• Account creation and plan activation: immediate, usually within a few minutes of payment.
• Mailboxes on your domain: as soon as you publish the DNS records shown in the console. Most DNS providers publish changes within minutes, but it can take up to 48 hours, which is outside our control.

4. If something is not working

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email billing@shwastik.com with your organization name and the Razorpay payment ID. For setup help, write to support@shwastik.com.
