Do I need to own a domain?
Yes. You add a domain you already own and prove ownership by publishing a TXT record at your DNS provider. We then show the exact MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to add.
How long does DNS setup take?
Most DNS providers publish changes within minutes, but it can take up to 48 hours. The console re-checks your records automatically and you can click “Verify now” at any time.
Which email apps can I use?
Any standards-based client: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail and other mobile apps via IMAP or POP3 with SMTP for sending, plus webmail in your browser.
Can my team manage email with me?
