Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization gets a 14-day trial with no payment details required. Choose a plan from the Billing page in the console whenever you are ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
You have a 7-day grace period to subscribe. After that, sign-ins to your mailboxes are paused, but incoming mail keeps being delivered, and everything is restored as soon as you subscribe.
Is the price per user?
No. Plans are priced per organization and include a set number of mailboxes, domains, aliases and groups. Aliases and groups do not count as mailboxes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports recurring payments by credit or debit card, UPI and bank mandate, depending on your bank.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from the Billing page in the console; the new limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed. To move to a smaller plan, make sure your usage fits its limits first.
How do I cancel?
An organization owner can cancel from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
